If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, the controller will not further process personal data to this extent unless it demonstrates serious legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms or to determine, exercise or defend legal claims. In particular, Article 21 of the GDPR contains more detailed information on this right.
At any time, you may file a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data or the failure of the GDPR’s obligations to the supervisory authority.
